CRANBURY, N.J. — Experic, a leading contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) and clinical trial supply services company, has announced the appointment of Jeffrey Shane as its new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). The move strengthens Experic’s leadership team as the company continues to expand its footprint in advanced pharmaceutical development and manufacturing.
Shane brings nearly 30 years of experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing and commercialization, most notably as President of Harro Höfliger, a globally recognized equipment manufacturer and long-standing strategic partner to Experic. He has also served on Experic’s Board of Directors since the company’s founding in 2018, providing him with deep familiarity with its strategy and operations.

During his tenure at Harro Höfliger, Shane helped transform the company into a leading supplier of advanced manufacturing systems for the biopharmaceutical sector. His leadership was instrumental in expanding Harro Höfliger’s services beyond equipment into a Pharma Services Division, providing development-to-commercialization support for clients — a move that later inspired the creation of Experic to address unmet needs in clinical trial materials.
